Service Description

NOTE: Please select a date for February 1, or later and select a time after 2:30pm. Bookings received for earlier than this date will be rescheduled to February 1, or later. Bookings received prior to 2:30pm will be rebooked for after 2:30pm. This option reserves 2 hours of consultation time: The first hour is spent reviewing materials PRIOR to the Zoom meeting, ~45 minutes is spent meeting with the family via Zoom, and the last 15 minutes is spent on follow up activities. The materials to be reviewed must be forwarded at least 72 hours before the booked session time. Families should forward their child's most recent and prior IEP, progress reports, school evaluations, private evaluations, disciplinary records, report cards, MCAS results, and other relevant documents. Please use the intake form to identify your primary areas of concern and the assistance sought. Remember - we meet during the second hour. Thank you for the honor of supporting your family!

Cancellation Policy

Appointment rescheduling is subject to availability and requires 48 hours of advance notice. Bookings are nonrefundable.
